Ben Hickson has spent his career at Martindale Consultants, joining the company as an intern in May 2008. He now works as an Audit Manager, focusing primarily on revenue and royalty audits. Over the years, he has built his experience within the company and developed a lasting connection to the work and the people around him.

He attended the University of Central Oklahoma and is a member of the National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO). One of the aspects of Martindale he values most is the flexibility the company provides. Looking ahead, Ben hopes to share his knowledge with younger professionals and help them develop their skills in the industry.
When he is away from work, Ben enjoys baseball, bicycling, and building model train sets.
