Mary Hartman brings nearly four decades of experience in the oil and gas industry to Martindale Consultants. Her background is especially strong in revenue accounting and gas marketing, and she has worked with a wide range of operators and assets throughout her career. She is familiar with the details of revenue management, production accounting processes, and marketing operations, experience that supports her broad responsibilities as an Accounting Manager. 

Her areas of expertise and focus include: 

• Revenue and marketing 
• Joint interest billing (JIB) 
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Owner relations 
• Financial reporting 
  

Mary has a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma. She joined Martindale in May of 2024, attracted by the variety of clients and projects and the opportunity to take on new challenges. The changing nature of the work continues to be one of the aspects she enjoys most, and she looks forward to further growth in her role. 

With decades of industry experience behind her, Mary brings a broad perspective to the accounting team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling with her husband.
