A 1978 graduate with a B.S. in Mathematics and Accounting and MBA from Western New Mexico University ,  Wayne worked as joint venture auditor at Amerada Hess Corporation for six years and as a tax accountant for six years at Phillips Petroleum Company.  In 1990, Wayne went into business for himself.  Wayne is experienced in reviews of drilling wells, offshore operations, refining operations, gas plants, and international operations.  Wayne joined MartiCons in 1995 as a contractor.
