A 1982 graduate of Oklahoma Christian University
with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Doug has over 25 years of experience in
financial analysis in the oil and gas industry, primarily
with Chevron. His primary focus is in expense allocations, capital
expenditures, fixed asset transactions, tax compliance reporting, monthly
expense analysis and reporting, acquisition and divestiture activities,
and joint interest review coordination. He has extensive experience
with merger/acquisition transactions as a result of the Gulf
Oil/Texaco/Chevron mergers. Doug is a member of the Petroleum
Accountants Society of Oklahoma - Tulsa (PASO) and is currently working to
complete the COPAS Accredited Petroleum Accountant (APA) Certification.
He has also achieved the Competent Communicator Award from Toastmaster's
International. Doug joined MartiCons in 2007.
