1966 graduate of
Baylor
University with a B.B.A. in Accounting
, Boyd worked for ARCO in several positions of
increasing responsibility from 1967 to 1992. These included joint interest billings, invoice payables and
rebuttals, prior to several management positions in
Anchorage
,
Bakersfield
and
Dallas
. Field assignments as
Director that include Budget and Operations for
Alaska
operations (including
Prudhoe Bay
) and Business Manager for the California District, give Boyd a unique
perspective in various field operations.
Prior to leaving ARCO Boyd was the Manager of Gas Finance and
Manager of Revenue Reviews in Dallas, TX.
Subsequent to leaving ARCO he went into business for himself and has performed joint
venture reviews of drilling, offshore, and deepwater properties, as well
as gas plants, revenue and royalty reviews. Boyd joined MartiCons in 1999 as a contractor.
